Albergian Jams

Made in the Albergian Hotel in the Piedmont region since 1908, these classic preserves are prepared simply—with ripe fruit, sugar, and nothing else (the pear and plum compote don’t even contain sugar!)  Made exclusively with mountain-grown fruits, and overseen by the fourth generation of the Tillino family, these are little jewels to stuff in stockings, or adorn the present of your favorite breakfast-eater, in wonderful, intense, concentrated  flavors: Martin Pear, Red Raspberry, Blueberry, Apricot, Strawberry, Red Currant and Ramasin Plum.  These seven spectacular little minis make a great gift and the retro labels are gorgeous.
