GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH PESTO
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Three Acre Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Pesto (make your own by blending together 1/2 cup basil leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 1 Tablespoon pine nuts, 3 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese and 2 Tablespoons olive oil)
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in the vinaigrette for 15 minutes. Prepare your grill. Just before putting on the grill, rub the pesto over the chicken. Cook the chicken over medium and indirect heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every five minutes. Serves 4
