Les Moulins Mahjoub: Organic Spicy Sundried Tomato Spread

Wow. Real folks, actually drying organic tomatoes on trays in the sun. Honestly, does it get any better?  You gotta see it to believe it.  The Mahout family chops up these incredible sundried tomatoes, mixes them with extra virgin olive oil and then adds fresh chilies to spice it all up. And yes indeedy—use sparingly; those chilis work their magic!  A great addition to pizza, pasta or use as an ingredient to spice up your favorite marinade or recipe for pork tenderloin, roast or chicken!
