Vava Spreads - Ajvar

These traditional roasted red pepper spread and eggplant spread has been made in the Mediterranean for over a thousand years!  Popular with Alexander the Great, it is still made in Macedonia today. The Vava brand keeps true to its roots, using fire-roasted vegetables for their rich sweetness and chili peppers for a gentle heat.  Use it to make bruschetta, top grilled fish, spread on sandwiches, or spice up soup.
