Our bakery makes thousands and thousands of cookies and brownies every year. Perishables
To ensure that your perishable items reach you in great condition, our policy is to get them to you as quickly as we can. Therefore, depending on where you are located, these items may need to be shipped UPS Overnight or UPS Second Day Air during hot summer and very cold winter months. In New England, UPS Ground is often overnight which negates the need for choosing UPS Overnight shipping in our shopping cart. We will contact you directly if there are questions or issues.
As an added bonus, we pack your baked good very carefully with extra insulation and cold packs to guarantee that your purchase arrives fresh and safe!
Brownie School
There are two schools of brownie thought. There is the Cakey Brownie School, whose students prefer the soft, crumbly style that springs back when bitten. Then there’s the Fudgy Brownie School, which favors a bar so rich, moist and dense that a dentist could positively identify you from the marks your teeth leave behind. That’s our kind of brownie—solid at room temperature, barely so when hot, made from dark Belgian chocolate swirled with raspberry preserves or studded with toasted walnuts. This one is all about the chocolate, not overly sweet, just well-balanced and wonderful.
