Colonna Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Colonna is from Southern Italy's Molise region on the Adriatic coast. Maria Colonna makes one of the best I've ever tasted from the south. And it's consistantly one of our top sellers at the Market. This area of Italy typically produces a lighter, more aromatic oil and Colonna is no exception. The aroma is quite green and herbal, and the flavor is full but clean; fruity and nutty with a nice hit of pepperiness in the finish. Describe it any way you like but the bottom line is it's perfect for most anything--salads, fish, pasta or veggies.
