~"I wanted to write to let you know how much I enjoyed the Cottage Hill Pancake Mix that I recently tried from the Farmers' Market. We are firm believers in not using pre-packaged mixes when we can and we always make things, especially baked goods, from scratch. We got the pancake mix as a gift and tried it out a couple of weeks ago. It was hands down THE BEST pancakes we've ever made at home. These pancakes were so light and flavorful, and we (and our guests) gobbled them up. I have to say that I look forward to ordering more of them for the cold winter months.
