Earth and Vine Red Bell Ancho Chili Jam
Whenever someone stops me in the store and asks me for a suggestion for an appetizer for a party, I immediately think of this product. We buy cases and cases of this at a time and no wonder—it's our top selling appetizer-out-of-a-jar without a doubt. What makes it so popular?
Well, it can't be easier. Literally take a block of your favorite cream cheese or even a wedge of Brie cheese (soften it up for best results) and then open a jar of Red Bell Ancho and gently pour over. It may look a little intimidating: it's consistency is that of a jelly or jam but runnier, with nice hunks of red bell peppers and ancho chilis (dried Poblano). But one swipe of your favorite cracker will yield a full flavored taste explosion. Our deli supervisor Nicole has made this her new favorite dinner substitute, and why not? It's elegant, yet friendly; beautiful to look at; and ready to go. Sounds a lot like Nicole.

1 Jar Red Bell Ancho Chili Jam
Crackers
Take a block of your favorite cream cheese or even a wedge of Brie
