Edmond Fallot: Walnut Dijon Mustard

We’ve been carrying Fallot mustards for years, but one outstanding offering caught our eye recently—it’s their Walnut Dijon.  It even won a Silver SOFI at the 2010 Fancy Food Show in NYC.  Mind you, I don’t even like mustard that much yet I found myself swabbing it all over some whole grain bread and sliced Vermont smoked ham and coming back for more.  I just asked Amelia what she thought made this mustard so amazing and she looked at me quite seriously and said, “It’s the walnuts.  They are so pronounced I’ve never had anything like it before.”  So there you go.  One who hates mustard and one who loves it, both giving it a big two thumbs up!
