The Chocoholic Gift Box

We assembled some of our favorite chocolate bars together that is sure to satisfy the chocoholic that resides in almost everyone.  Careful: these are very addictive.

Contents often change according to what's available:

—Lake Champlain Milk, Sea Salt and Almonds:  An amazing treat that is both sweet and salty. 1.9 oz bar.

—Lake Champlain Dark and Spicy Aztec: A fantastic full flavor of cinnamon and vanilla with just enough cayenne to have you sit up in your chair. 1.9 oz bar.

—Michel Cluizel Chocolates: “Noir” 72%:  A senual chocolate—very smooth for a dark 72% cacao.  And “Grand Noir” 85%: Whoa! What a ride! Incredibly smooth for such a dark chocolate—no bitter after taste or acidic “head shake” here.

OR Chuao "Chinita Nibs", dark chocolate with caramelized cacao nibs and nutmeg and "Caracas", milk chocolate with almonds, hazelnuts and pistashios.

Vogues Naga Bar: Travel to the Far East with this combination of coconut, sweet curry and rich milk chocolate.  Once you start eating this bar, it’s really hard to stop.

—Green and Black’s White: This white chocolate is like no other. It’s full cream combined pure Bourdon vanilla (in fact, it’s got specks of vanilla beans in it) makes it so heavenly, I can hardly finish describing it without my mouth watering—and I don’t even like most white chocolate. This bar is an amazing treat. 3.5 oz bar.

OR Taza Chocolate--from Sommerville, MA--which is an organic, single origin chocolate...and, by the way, is fantastic. Minimally processed and small batch which leads to a very delicious grittiness.
