Bayley Hazen Blue is earthy and rich with excellent balance, while Constant Bliss with its bloomy rind is a Chaource style cheese, rich and creamy.  Then there’s Tarentaise from Thistle Hill Farm, Pomfret Vermont, a delicious firm, alpine style cheese. Farmstead Tarentaise has won award after award! Four Corners Caerphilly from Cobb Hill Farm, in Hartland, Vermont is produced from Jersey cow’s milk, the cow’s are pastured on organic grass just minutes from Woodstock. Caerphilly is a mellow cheddar style cheese.Classic Grafton Village 2 year cheddar from Grafton Vermont.  Just the right bite, aged 2 years for a perfect sharpness without going overboard.  Vermont Lemon F’Ayr is a buttery, rich Gouda style cheese, with a delicious nutty flavor.
