Three's a charm Dessert Gift Box

Fat Toad Farm’s traditional goat’s milk caramel or cajeta is quintessential Vermont artisan food. And it’s killer. Produced by a small, family-run goat dairy located in Brookfield, this dulce de leche style caramel dessert sauce has begun to win accolades in the dessert world, placing first place in the Confection category at the American Dairy Goat Product competition last year.

While standard caramel sauces are based on sugar (often times high fructose corn syrup) with very little dairy, cajeta is primarily a dairy based product. As a result, Fat Toad’s caramel is incredibly creamy and is not as intensely sweet as conventional caramel sauces. And the flavors used in making this cajeta dessert sauce are all organic…Fat Toad uses all organic whole vanilla beans and three kinds of organic cinnamon sticks.

We have regular mail order customers that swear by this goat’s milk caramel and it’s one of our favorite weekend demos. This caramel gift set makes a great gift for every occasion where sweets are in order. I guess that’s just about anytime, right?
