Grafton Village Cheese Co. Duet Cheese

Duet is a perfect collaboration between and Grafton Village Cheese Company and Faribault Dairy in Minnesota. Two disks of Grafton Classic cheddar sandwich a layer of Faribault Dairy’s St. Pete’s Blue and the result is a harmonious experience. President and head cheesemaker at Faribault Dairy, Jeff Jirik said “It’s kind of like a piano keyboard, and what you’re looking for are flavors that are going to build chords. They’re going to be a little different, but come together and form a chord in the flavor palate”.

I'd say that's understating it. I think this cheese is amazing...the creamy cheddar plays off the sharper, more acidic Blue, perfectly. Who would have thought to pair these two cheeses together? All I can say is "oh my!"

If the arrival destination is in Florida or west of the Mississippi (maroon,orange and grey states on the shipping map) you will need to select the UPS 3 Day Shipping option at checkout. If you forget, don't worry - we will take care of it for you. We will e-mail you confirmation. It will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card.

We only ship perishables Monday through Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend. We want your food to stay in great shape! Perishables hate hanging out in a warehouse over the weekend.
