Not that my childhood favorite wouldn't be welcome in my pantry but the 70% cocoa content of Lake Champlain-a Vermont chocolatier for over 25 years-will make your adult hot cocoa experience an unforgettable one. Needless to say, a 70% cocoa content makes for a richer and more powerful chocolate flavor and it's less sweet.
