Balsamic Vinaigrette

Nancy of Three Acre Kitchen (formerly Nancy's Balsamic Vinaigrette - same stuff, almost same label) in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, uses a fantastic combination of ingredients to make her signature salad dressing. She always uses fresh garlic, which makes a huge difference because most dressings use powdered.

Her Vinaigrette is perfectly balanced, great on all leafy salads and especially good with warmed or crumbled goat cheese and mesclun greens. When Nancy visits the Market to sample her products, that is how she presents it. People taste it and end up buying tons right there and then, and end up coming back for more. She has a cult following among our regulars.

I've always made my own salad dressings because I enjoy the process and I love trying new things, but when it comes to saving time without giving up flavor, I use Nancy's. Honestly, it tastes like you made it yourself. It's enough to make you lazy.
