Three acre Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette

Nancy of Three Acre Kitchen (formerly Nancy's Balsamic Vinaigrette--same stuff, almost same label) uses great ingredients to make this great salad dressing, including fresh garlic, which makes a huge difference (most dressings use powdered!). Perfectly balanced, great on all leafy salads, and especially good with warmed or crumbled goat cheese and mesclun greens. That's how she samples it out when she does demos in our store, and people end up buying right there and then, then coming back for more. She sort of has a cult following among our regulars.

I've always made my own salad dressings because I enjoy the process and I love trying new things, but when it comes to saving time without giving up flavor, I use Nancy's. Honestly, it tastes like you made it yourself. It's enough to make you lazy.
