We’ve been carrying this classic for years. It’s produced from seven different varieties of  olives on the coast of Tuscany. What’s great about this oil is that it’s full flavored but gentle. Salads, pasta, bruschetta, fish—almost anything will benefit from it’s mellow, light and clean olive flavor.
