Modeled after one of the great cheeses of the world, Rupert is an aged, raw Jersey milk cheese with a nutty, complex flavor.  It’s reminiscent of Gruyere or Comte. When we cut into these large, 25 pound wheels of cheese, the aroma of sweet grass and nuts is breathtaking!

If the arrival destination is in Florida or west of the Mississippi (maroon,orange and grey states on the shipping map) you will need to select the UPS 3 Day Shipping option at checkout. If you forget, don't worry - we will take care of it for you. We will e-mail you confirmation. It will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card.

We only ship perishables Monday through Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend. We want your food to stay in great shape! Perishables hate hanging out in a warehouse over the weekend.
