Shopping can be a hectic experience...but here at WFM Mail Order you can slow down and actually read why you might want to send your favorite person a great gift! We love to tell you the stories: where the products are from, who makes them and how they taste. Honestly, who wants to spend money on something that tastes terrible! Plus, if you were to come into the Farmers' Market, that's what you'd get: all sorts of great stories about where our food comes from and why we sell it. We care about who makes the food we sell and the ingredients they put into them. Have fun and eat well.

*NEW PRODUCTS SPOTLIGHT
Edmond Fallot: Walnut Dijon Mustard
We’ve been carrying Fallot mustards for years, but one outstanding offering caught our eye recently—it’s their Walnut Dijon. It even won a Silver SOFI at the 2010 Fancy Food Show in NYC. I just asked Amelia what she thought made this mustard so amazing and she looked at me quite seriously and said, “It’s the walnuts. They are so pronounced I’ve never had anything like it before.” We give it two big thumbs up!
Judy’s: Java Lava Rub & Paste
Java Lava is a fixture in my kitchen. Rub it on most anything—chicken, pork, seafood—and I have to tell you, the finished product is unbelievable. Somehow Judy’s blended espresso and a concoction of spices that blend together perfectly. With a hint of brown sugar, it’s slightly sweet but not overly so. It carries a kick but never overwhelms. Rub down for hours before for best results but you can throw Java Lava on some chicken at the last minute and it’s almost just as good.
Lark: Cha-Chas
We love Cha-Chas! It just won a Silver SOFI for Outstanding Cookie at the 2010 Fancy Food Show in NYC. It’s a rich, chocolaty shortbread-style soft cookie that has a nice long slow spiciness that compliments the sweet. The spice is not overwhelming. With the Cha-Chas, Lark has struck the perfect balance of sweet and spice—they’ve basically hit it out of the park. Plus, what a great name. Every time I eat them I run the around the room chanting cha cha cha…cha cha cha!
