Taylor Farm Gouda Cheese

John and Kate Wright are like the stereotype Vermonters, which is to say that they have about a half-dozen different businesses that they run out of their farm house in Putney, Vermont. When you call to place an order, you go into Voicemail which advises you to press 1 for John, 2 for sleigh ride information, 3 for farmstand hours, etc. Their raw milk Gouda cheeses are made from the milk of their own Holstein cows.

Their Traditional Gouda has a creamy paste and a sweet, addictive flavor that's mild enough for kids but tasty enough for grown-ups. The award-winning Smoked Gouda is smoked over maple wood for an extra dimension of flavor. Try both in grilled cheese sandwiches, or on a cheese plate alongside sweet red apple and comice pear slices.

If the arrival destination is in Florida or west of the Mississippi (maroon,orange and grey states on the shipping map) you will need to select the UPS 3 Day Shipping option at checkout. If you forget, don't worry - we will take care of it for you. We will e-mail you confirmation. It will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card.

We only ship perishables Monday through Wednesday to ensure arrival before the weekend. We want your food to stay in great shape! Perishables hate hanging out in a warehouse over the weekend.
