Sweet cream, a little beneficial flavor producing bacteria, pure sea salt crystals and time is the formula for this unique “European” style cultured butter. It has a complex, slightly acidic taste; the combination of the sweet cream and flakes of sea salt produce a magnificent blend of sweet and salty. Not sugary sweet but sweet cream sweet.
