Farmers' Diner - Vermont Smoke and Cure: Pepperoni and Summer Sausage
"Food From Here" is their motto, and indeed they source about 70% of their pork locally (in fact, the Vermont pork supply doesn't meet their demand, or it would all come from here). Made with natural ingredients, hand-crafted and slow-smoked, their sausages and bacon are very easy to over-indulge in (I can't even buy the maple sausage any more because I have no self-control). Their Vermont Smoke and Cure line is similarly premium-quality, however the pork supply comes from farther afield. Nevertheless, the pepperoni and summer sausage have such great flavor, they'll become a staple in your fridge!
Lucky for us, the company opened a diner just down the road from us in Quechee, serving all their great products from breakfast through dinner. The first time I went I had the corned beef hash. The waitress sighed and said, "It was because of that hash that I first asked for a job here". After I tried it I was ready to ask for an application too. Unfortunately you have to go there to get it. And then be prepared to quit your job and stay.
