Villa Manodori Extra Virgin Olive Oil
If there was ever a gourmet everyday olive oil, this would be it. Created by famed Modena Chef Massimo Bottura, it's produced in Tuscany with an everyday user in mind. In other words, it's not overly strong, nor mild. It's made from Mariaolo and Leccino olives exclusively, yielding a very versatile and harmonious character perfect for virtually everything from fish to vegetables to salads. One oil, many uses. I use this oil almost everyday.plus the cool label makes me feel like I am using a very expensive product, when in fact it's under twenty five dollars. It's like that love affair with your favorite ten dollar bottle of wine that tastes like the twenty dollar bottle. I love that.
